Grow Your Nails Fast And Strong

Fingernails grow about 1/8 of an inch per month. Add that slow growth rate to splitting, breaking, poor diet and poor nail care in general and no wonder it seems like it takes forever to grow your nails long. Some people have naturally hard nails, giving them an advantage to growing their fingernails long. Most people have thin, frail nails that break easily which makes it impossible to grow nails faster and longer. But this can be corrected with diet, nail care and certain nail products made to grow nails strong.

To make your nails grow faster:
1. REJUVACOTE- Nail Growth System- you can purchase on-line.

2. Get regular manicures.

3. If you nail splits- clip it off. Clip your fingernails- just like you clip your toenails.

4. Use plastic gloves to do dishes- try to keep you hands out of water for long periods of time.

5. File your nails in only one direction.

6. Paint a new coat of rejuvacote or sally hansen 6 days a week.

7.Take Biotin, a vitamin that makes your hair and nails grow faster, after consulting your physician.

8.At night cut a piece of garlic "a tooth "cut in in half and rub it on your finger nails !

9.Moisturize your nails frequently. Nails need moisture just like your skin does. Rub lotion into your nails when moisturizing your hands. Be sure to apply a moisturizer each time you wash your hands .Cuticle oil nail trek renew will keep the skin beside the sides of your nails soft and smooth.

You can also give a regular massage to your hands . This way your hands will be beautiful and nails will grow faster and they'll not break also .

Lots of calcium in your diet, milk, cheese etc. Don't abuse your nails. To prevent nail damage, don't use your fingernails as tools to pick, poke or pry things.

Don't bite your nails or pick at your cuticles. These habits can damage the nail bed. Even a minor cut alongside your nail can allow bacteria or fungi to enter and cause an infection (paronychia).

Because your nails grow slowly, an injured nail retains signs of an injury for several months.

Protect your nails. Wear cotton-lined rubber gloves when using soap and water for prolonged periods or when using harsh chemicals. Perform routine nail maintenance.

Trim fingernails and clean under the nails regularly. Use a sharp manicure scissors or clippers and an emery board to smooth nail edges.

Never pull off hangnails - doing so almost always results in ripping living tissue. Instead clip hangnails off, leaving a slight angle outward.
