High amounts of cholestrol deposits results in fatty body. Improper food habits and Lack of physical work brings fat in the body. To reduce fat in the body, do as below:

2)Do some physical work at home daily.
3)Squeeze a half-lemon juice in a glass of water and drink it daily in the morning. You can also add a spoonful of pure honey in it.
4)Take a glass of fresh vegetable juice daily in the morning.To make the juice you need 5 m of snakeguard, 1 carrot, 3 m of angularguard, 1 tomato, 2 ivy gourds, 3 leaves of a leaf curry, and 5 dates. Wash the vegetables twice in luke warm water and chop into pieces. Crush themin the mixie with enough water. Squeeze lemon and honey and take it. Cabbage, Brocolli, Cauliflower are anti-cancer drugs.
